Your product data is already in Shopify. Metafields and metaobjects hold the material, the weight, the certifications, the nutrition panel, the datasheet. Getting it onto the product page normally means editing theme code.
Batten Spec Tables gives you six theme editor blocks that read what you already have. Add a block, point it at a namespace and key, and it renders. No code, no theme file edits, and nothing left behind when you uninstall.
Built as a theme app extension
Everything is a theme app extension, so the blocks work in any Online Store 2.0 theme, are versioned on the Shopify CDN, and disappear cleanly on uninstall. There is no external request and no tracking script. The accordion uses the browser's own details and summary elements, so it is keyboard operable before any script loads, and only the variant description block ships a script at all.
Every block inherits your theme's fonts and line height by default, and gives you color, width, and spacing controls when you want to override them.

What it does
- Spec table
- Key and value rows from a list of metafields, a single metaobject, or a list of metaobjects. Column labels, striped rows, compact spacing, unit suffixes, and a choice about whether empty rows stay in place.
- Accordion group
- Repeated collapsible rows built from a metaobject list or from separate metafields. Uses native details and summary elements, so it is keyboard operable with no JavaScript, with an option to keep one row open.
- Nutrition facts panel
- A panel with serving size, servings per container, calories, indented sub nutrients, percent daily value, and a footnote. Built for food and supplement stores.
- Downloads list
- File metafields rendered as a list of datasheets, manuals, and safety sheets, with a document icon and the file type. Built for industrial and trade catalogs.
- Feature badges
- Certifications, materials, and warranty marks as an icon row, from a text list metafield or a metaobject list with images.
- Variant description
- Copy from the selected variant that swaps as the shopper changes variant, with space reserved so the page does not jump.
